Here's my situation..
My o2 sensor went bad on me, so I got a new denso sensor. I went to pull off the sensor with an o2 sensor socket, and it wouldnt budge at all. So I hit it with some PB blaster over night & again a few times in the AM. I tried again to get the sensor off this afternoon, & it still wouldnt give. I kept at it using a breaker bar and everything, but the bolt started to strip so I stopped.
I decided to take off the o2 housing so I could run it down to a shop and have them hit the sensor with an air tool. I got 3 of the bolts loose, but the last one is stripped. It's the one with the nut/stud. I blasted the crap out of it with PB blaster, but it's no use.
Any suggestions?
