yep, that just about does for this car. i know valves or something is bent or something its hell to turn over by hand.

The link above should help you. However, there is no excuse for doing a job on these cars and not picing up a haynes or Chiltons manual...12 bucks and you can basically perform any necessary maintenance as long as you have the tools. Glad to see you're conquering it yourself though!
