So I just got the car back together and I have a joepmbc. I reinstalled my turbo, adding a slim fan and some other minor stuff lately. MBC was working fine before, but now I can't get it about 10psi.
I know it's hooked up properly. The down side is coming off the vacuum on the turbo and the port coming off the side of the mbc is going to the wastegate.
It's at 10psi and I cranked it down a full turn and it's staying the same.

I know noobish question, but I can't think straight right now. I did a search and couldn't find anything.

umm not sure. Far as my understanding its a pretty simple device and the pressure from the air is suppose to push the ball up against the spring till it exceeds the level of the side exit hole which bleeds off air at that point. Yours seems to be not allowing you to increase boost which was making me think your spring or ball wasnt there or like if the spring had no tension. Im really not sure other than making sure you hooked it up right in the first place. I believe the tighter the screw the more boost, and the less tight the screw the less boost.
