Cant hear turbo spooling?

ok i lost all 5 quarts of oil, dont ask how its a long story.... but i drove about a block after my oil light came on.....found the problem and fixed it, and now i cant hear my turbo spool up anymore but its still putting out the same amount of boost WHAT IS WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most likely seized turbo due to oil starvation, pull the intake pipe and make sure the turbine is still spinning freely. Good luck.
