Cant get to waterpump

hey, i'm trying to replace my waterpump that just went. i took off the power steering pump and bracket and the engine mount and jacked up the engine to get off the bracket. i can't get the front part of the timing belt cover off though so i cna't get to the waterpump. i'm not sure what i'm missing. its being held in somehwere on the bottom of the cover.

you have to remover the timing belt, hyd. tensioner, and tnnsioner arm in order to remove the water pump
