Cant figure this out

My talon has a problem where if I am at any rpm under 5k and I floor it or give more than 40% throttle the turbo will spool up completly but the car wont accellerate. When I give the car gas it runs rich (only the last rich bar on my fuel/air gauge is lit) and if i keep giving the car gas the turbo will spool (the stock turbo gauge needle it all the way up) up and then it will shoot a fireball out of the exhaust.
Also at idle the car will surge back and forth from 800rpm to 1100

What is the problem with the car?
Car has aftermarket FPR, BOV, Front mt IC, 1g turbo, boost controller, turboback exhaust 3'' all the way, no cat, SAFCII, 255 fuel pump, K&N intake

did you test for boost leaks???

A boost/vacuum leak is a possible cause of both your symptoms. Make a boost leak tester and check. Also, get an aftermarket boost gauge, the stock one is useless.

Have you had the car dyno tuned?
Sounds rich, some kind of messed up settings on your SAFC

Ditch the A/F gauge and get a logger so you're not tuning blind if you don't already have one.

I checked for leaks with a tester and there arent any
my bov is recirculated
I have an autometer boost gauge
I dont think that the AFC is the problem I disconnected it (hooked the ecu wire back up) and the problem was still there although if anyone has any advice on what to set my afc to that would be nice

The car isnt dynoed and Ive played with the low throttle on the afc and no matter what i set it to the car runs rich as soon as i give it a little gas

mine did that when my TPS wasnt plugged in.

stock injectors but i have a Aeromotive FPR and a Walboro 255 fuel pump

numlock are you saying that your idle surged when your TPS wasnt plugged in?
Mine is plugged in but it might not be postitioned right

wait ok you have a 95 too, is your connector for the TPS on the passenger side or drivers??

The TPS is on the passenger side of my car and the plug is facing towards the drivers side
