Can't figure out what this is

I'm currently working on diagnosing a p0121 and p0123 code on my 96 rs and I noticed there is a missing sensor or something on the block. I found a picture on a google search where you can see it pretty well(circled it in red,just to the right of exhaust manifold). I've gone on autozone, advance, oreilly's, and napa and typed in only "sensor" and out of all the results nothing was it. I went on jnz tuning and couldn't find an illustration with the missing part in it. I also looked on here for a while and had no luck. Can anyone tell me what this is and if it could possibly be related to my tps codes? Thanks so much for any help!
