I've been diagnosing a no start on my brothers 98 eclipse non turbo and the check engine light comes on for a minute then goes off when I turn the ignition on. Thats normal, but I can't retrieve any codes when I do the key dance. I have also hooked up a scanner and it says error. Any clue on what I am doing wrong? Thanks.
 
Checked it already, Guess i'll just have to dig into it.
