Can't build boost

I have a 93 eagle talon tsi awd. As soon as it goes to build any boost it let's off all pressure and falls on its face. I've already replaced the bov and checked and fixed leaks. Any ideas?? I need help like as soon as any boost is built all you hear is shhhhh and it starts spitting and spudering sorry for sound effects but just trim to get my problem across

You have done a real boost leak test? What psi did you pressurize the system to?

How is your Wastegate lines set up?

Pressured it at 20psi since I only run 14. And line goes to a t fitting that goes to bov then to intake manifold. I just went and drove it and it now will build like 7 pounds and start cutting in and out. But still making the noise where all pressure is being let out. Idk anything about turbo engines let alone 4g63 just trying to learn and fix it on my own could plugs be bad and causing cutting in and out And letting pressure out

The Bov should have its own line. Having it tee'd off is likely having it open while building boost.

The Fuel pressure regulator pressure line can be tee'd into but it's better to find a pressure source as close to the turbo as possible.

The tee goes from bov to I'm guessing is the waste gate on the turbo and vacuum line off the intake manifold

Get the bov its own vacuum and boost source from the Intake Manifold.

Sounds like you could be running out of fuel too

This may sound like I'm calling you an idiot but trust me I'm not (I actually made this mistake) did you by chance remove the recirculating hose from the bov to the intake?
I did this on the same day as a few other mods and forgot to cap off the open intake. I ran the exact same symptoms. After all bypassing the maf won't get the right fuel mix.
As well, you should also check for leaks on the intake pre turbo post maf, (holes, loose hose clamps ect..)

Check your plugs, try new wires and check your fuel pressure.

Happens more often then you would think with newbs. Good Advice!

Check your plugs, try new wires and check your fuel pressure.

Neither of these likely have anything to do with the BOV venting early.

It should be hooked up just like this with no T's in between:

One of the things we overlook that tend to leak from time to time is the EGR system, check it out
