can't build boost

Do you have your boost controller connected correctly? Is the wastegate armature on the wastegate hinge pin?

The rod is connected to the pin, the mbc is connected as per FACTORY diagram, the turbo is solid no play in out or side to side spins freely, used to build more, haven't done a boost leak test yet, i went around and made sure everything was on tight and clamped properly, maybe my acutator is leakking

Same thing happened to me, I couldn't boost past 11 psi. Checked everything all good including the turbo, one day I was cleaning my air filter and seen oil in the intercooler lines. replaced the turbo and BAM 15 psi. Even taking the turbo off it seems not to have any shaft play what so ever. Pull off some intercooling piping or stick your finger in your bov and check for oil

does it sputter when you make the seven or eight pounds of boost you may have a loose vac hose or leaking intercooler coupler check those i hope that help. what do you normally run your boost set at an also did you do any mods before it start doing this.
