Can i use my 1g BOV in a blo-thru setup without leaking?

I've seen a few posts about how the 1G bov will leak when used for a blow thru setup.

I would like to know how true this is and if it would be reccomended for me to use the 1G bov for my blow thru setup.

Where did you hear that? How can the location of the MAS affect the BOV? It's getting the same pressure, and if it holds it now, it will hold it then.

like he said, MAS location has nothing to do with the BOV leaking or not.
If you have a 1g BOV, test it first. Some 1g BOV's will leak, some won't. I had one stock and it leaked. Even with it crushed, it would leak. It just depends on the BOV, not the MAS.
If you have the money and you want to spend it, upgrade to a better BOV
