Can I use 2G injectors in a 1g?

I bought a 1G with bad injector seals (massive boost/vac leak) and I have a spare set of stock 2G injectors kicking around. Can I use the 2G injectors in my 1g? Are they the same? If not, can I swap the seals over?

They will work just fine, but the lower isolstors aren't parts of the injector and can just be swapped over. I would just go buy some new ones.

Try the vendor or dealer for parts.

You don't specify which 1G or 2G and there are other possibilities than turbo manual in both cars but it's the only case where the answer is 100% yes.

Artago, I had posted... just last week or the week before about my 1g boost leak issues at the injector seals and how I fixed it. I did not have any 2g injectors to swap in so I did the cheap and easy thing, add O-rings.
