can I use a 2g fwd LSD in my 2g AWD

depending on which route I take I may have a gst tranny with lsd in it. I believe its a quaife. I wanted to know if that would work in 95 talon tsi? Seems like it might but I am unsure and cannot find anything on it anywhere.

After looking on RRE website, looks to me like it's the same for all years 90-99 fwd or awd.

According to Quaife's site, the front 2WD turbo and 4WD turbo part numbers are different.
