It's chipped where the tranny attaches above the crank

Personally I would not. There is a bit of stress on that point, more so if it is a 5 speed with a heavy clutch.

Try looking around im sure you can find one, I kept my spare for the next build, try calling around to some places like miller auto.

Well I'm dropping another motor in sat but I have rebuild parts so I was gonna rebuild that one but I guess I'll try looking around
