can i remove this solinoid?

CAn i remove the fpr solinoid without the possiblitly of hurting my engine? Will it cause it to run lean or rich if I take it out. I know its got somthing to do with hot start. but is that all it does is help it start and thats it?

Shouldn't be a problem as long as you plug the lines that were connecting to it. Might want to keep it if you're planning on running Link in the future since it uses it for Nitrous (among other things if you're creative) controls.

You can safely disconnect the vacuum hose running to it, but you shouldn't unplug the solenoid as it will throw a CEL.

Can I loop the intake hose with the fpr hose and boost gauge hose? like shown. Or should I plug the fpr hose.

The hose coming from the FPR needs to see boost/vacuum.

Yes, because you have an FPR attached to the end of your fuel rail. As long as you make sure the vacuum line attached to that sees boost, you're good to go! The FPS is completely different than the FPR.

This may be true for 2g's, but I have mine completely removed and the plug just sitting there attached to nothing and no CEL.

Ya I looking into this further they dont start throwing codes till the 94 model.
