I run a 2g maf on a Conquest. I have a 4.5 adapter and a funnel type filter. I have problems with a choppy air flow signal as indicated by my innovate ssi-4 logger. I saw the same chop with 3g maf. Tried a gm mas with a maft and signal is much smoother, but i am not happy with the tune so far. My primary tuning is done with a refashed neo.

Several sources have suggested a k & n oval 2g filter may help? Or maybe a non funnel type.

I do not really want to oil my maf. Is there a dry filter that fits the k & n oval 2g adapter?

Thanks for your input.

while i cannot endorse the product, AEM has a DRYFLOW filter you might look into. i have never used the product so i can't give you any info or advice on it.
