I have done the 1g cas swap for my 1995 talon tsi. So the car was driving magnificently with the swap tell this issue. It is making a loud tapping noise right above the CAS on the valve cover. I had thought it was lifters so i bought new ones and installed them today. I still have the noise and want it to go away! Can CAS's make a loud tapping noise?
anyone i need to know whether to try and get a new CAS or diagnose the problem further....
