Cam specs for popular selections?

I am beginning to do research on cams. Could the guys who have accurate specs please list what cam you have and it's specs and perhaps a brief description of it's characteristics? I have a 60-1 but do not want too narrow a power range. I was thinking of trying FFWD's stage 2 regrinds in my current 1G motor as I need to have the timing belt changed. This would be a test of what a big cam might have for idle and power range for my 6 bolt rebuild which may be a stroker. Seems to be more opinions with cams than turbo's! Specs would give the buyer something to go on at least instead of what someone else says is good or bad. Perhaps this could become a sticky.
Durations at the same lift like .040" or .050"and lift and other pertinent info wold be great! I read the info at www.automotosports.com but lacking in specs. thanks, mark
