2G Cam shaft with no thread for 2GB CAS?

This seems like a newbie type of question, so I'm asking here after searching for most of the morning...

My aftermarket intake cam shaft has no thread for the 2GB CAS bolt, what are my options? Buy new cam shafts, take it to a machine shop? *edit: 7 bolt, 99 GSX if it matters.*

Had same issue with NOS hks cam, had to be taken to a machine shop for a thread.

Yeah have to be drilled and tapped. Just had to do this for a customer recently on their HKS camshaft

Center of the cams are pretty soft. Not hard to drill. Bolt should be a 8 x 1.25. Have drilled and done many of them in the 2g days.
