its the same ol story.... was told it has 272’s in it. Owner didn’t know the brand. Popped the valve cover and can’t seem to find anything that’s helping me to identify these cams. I haven’t messed with any DSM cams before either so idk. Should there be some big letters If it’s stock, and can we atleast rule out that they are not stock?

Castings read the same on both cams
Side 1: 10, 9
Side 2: 03, R4

Other than that I don’t see a single thing on them. Except I haven’t taken off the cams gears to check the sides yet.

Anyone have any ideas?
Thx!

If they are stock type cams, and you are at TDC, the letter castings will be on the under side of the shafts on the side farthest from the cam sprockets. I used a mirror to look for mine last time I had my valve cover off. I had the letter "A" on both of mine. Look to the underside on the back of the cams.
