Cam sensor question. Need some help guys

We just finished the build today and go to start her up... Runs about 3 seconds then shuts down. We start her back up and it does the same thing. It purrs like a kitten but will only stay running for 3 seconds. Started looking around and found that the cam sensor on the passenger side of the camshaft looked a little goofy, Pulled on it and it snapped off in my hand. Would that sensor cause the car to run for 2-4 seconds then shut off? Ill pick up a new one tomorrow but i figured i would ask you guys first. We are running a maft system so we know its not due to boost leaks. I tried a 2g maf and we got the same reaction. It acts as if it was not getting fuel.

Any input would help.

That sounds like a fuel filter gunking up on you...

i have the same problem on a 2.0 nt mopar its not fule on mine i put a spark cheker on it and ca watch the light flash and then quit maybe u could try the same thing to see if it is fule or spark

if the CAS was bad, it shouldnt start at all.
