1G Cam Angle Sensor

Hey guys I have a question. We have a 92 talon tsi awd. Anyways the car is turning over but will not fire up. It seems to have fuel since we changed the filter and there is fresh gas. We also have spark since we pulled a plug wire and could see spark. Could is be the cam angle sensor. It looks pretty dirty and has some corrosion. Is there anyway to test one? If not what year cars can I get a used one off. I know there are some non turbos 4g63 cars sitting in the junk yard. Thanks

If you have spark, your CAS is still good, check your MPI relay near the ecu,same thing happend to my buddy
