Hello all,
Does anyone know if aftermarket FMIC will fit with the stock t25 turbo? Or have recommendations? It says on the CX Racing website at least that custom ordered piping is needed for the ct26 but that’s for the celiac I believe. I have a 98 GST and this is my first DSM and I’ve been looking into doing a front mount but unsure as to what one to go with, I eventually wanna go bigger turbo but not right now. Also for anyone in CA, is there a rule for certain mods, I wanna change the BOV as well and was told as long as the BOV recirculates, it should be fine but just wanna get a second opinion with people who have more experience

When I was living in California, I literally only had a Greddy BOV recirculated and first two shops I went to made me pop my hood and immediately told me they couldn't pass me. Third shop didn't even pop the hood and simply plugged it in. My experience is that it just depends on what shop does it.

After we finally moved out of California I heard they started taking pictures to upload for proof nothing was modded. Crazy stuff.

I see, is that the same for bigger turbos also? i wonder if there’s something that explains it, I’ve mostly had Hondas and Acuras growing up and there’s a lot of carb legal stuff for those so this is all new to me.
