I just ordered the adapter from summitracing....
The part number is correct and it is for the Fipk Kit....
Ill let you guys know if it is the correct one..

$70 for the filter and adapter is not bad at all.... Thanks again "My Dream dsm"

$20 for an eBay filter with adapter. Ditch the filter or sell it for cheap and get a 3" k&n

i have a 4" cone K&n filter and i don't like it.

This should be a sticky if it isn't. Being able to buy the pieces separately and spending less then $80 ( I spent $70 through Summit ) is just awesome. Then again it isn't an option for people who need the CARB sticker, but I imagine those can be bought as well.

EDIT: Is there actually anything else missing then the CARB sticker? All the hardware and such comes with the adapter kit correct?
