busting up at 5000rpm then takes off

okay so ive been having this problem for a while my car runs fine up until 5000rpm then it bust up for a few hundred rpms then clears up and takes off.ive changed plugs and wires installed new o2 sensor new throttlebody.dont know what else to do any suggestions?

Do you atleast have a loger or some way to adjust fuel and timing? You could be getting some knock in that area and the ecu is pulling timing but it's harder to tell without knowing your AFR's or posting a log.

ive got ecm link but its not really showing anything wrong.this just started out of the blue i did find out my intake was cracked but ive had that repaired.my tuning ability is pretty good but this has got me just looking for ideas maybe someone else has had this problem.it is very consistant it happens in every gear everytime.thanks

sounds like you may be way too rich in that range, are you logging AFR's from a wideband?
