MAF runs good at start then gets rich

ok...Car is 1990 TSI AWD 5 speed...so i have a 3" GM MAF and MAFT 2.5" hardpiped upper intercooler piping. my GM MAF is AFTER the BOV. all new gaskets in throttle body and anything to do with exhaust and turbo gaskets... all brand new. i have 14b turbo 3" exhaust from downpipe to muffler. also have AEM wideband. running stock 450cc injectors with brand new NGK plugs and 8.5mm magnacore wires. thats all should need for mods for now.

so when i start car i put the MAFT mode 3 ON for start up enrichment. base setting at to per manual of MAFT. i have tried starting car with idle on number 2, 1, 0, -1 all before with same results.

the result im seeing is that car will idle for a while say 5-10 min. just fine. once car warms up slowly but surely every time AF ratio creeps down from 14 to 13 to 12 to 11 to 10 averages and pegs at 10 and stalls out. ive tried new plugs. ive checked all wiring for MAFT and for injectors and plug wires.

then i can shut car off wait 5 min. and repeat the process even from a warm start. 5-10 min. of fine idling untill slowly makes way to uber rich AFR and stalls. help or ideas are apreciated.

Also CEL light is ON. dont know why came on after full install of MAFT and GM MAF and upper piping. came on RIGHT as i started the car up.

Do a boost leak test, get link or a logger for cels lights, i set mine to all zero when i got started.

boost leak test is completed already forgot to mention that. all good on that part. tested all after i put all new gaskets in. i dont know where my scanner plug is for my car. i thought i read on here somewhere 1990 talons are different as in you need a buzzer and connect 2 pins somewhere and listen for Long and Short buzzes etc. i dont know where that is thogh. ordered haynes manaul to help find it

also forgot to mention i have driven around at first like this but after few miles of driving starts getting too rich and gotta be boostin whole time just to keep car on but dies as soon as i let off gas/stop boostin.
