Bumper interchangeability

Just wondering if it is possible to put a 92-93 bumper and headlights on a 90-91 car without much trouble. . also . is it possible to put 90-91 rear bumper and tail lights on a 92-93 car??

the reason why i ask is because i like the 92-93 front end and the 90-91 rear end and it would be nice to have the best of both worlds.

Hey bud:

It has been done, but its a lot of work. It is not a simple bolt on affair. Not recommended for someone without body work experience. You will need new hood, and fenders, and ground effect skirts, a little welding, complete bumper, reinforcements and maybe even a radiator support swap. Enough time and patience and it can be done. Its significantly more involved than swapping 2G front ends.

You would have to get the 92+ hood,fenders,headlights,bumper.
