1G Bumper cover replacement

New to all this and was looking for any advice on replacing the front bumper cover on my ‘97 Eclipse RS. I have the replacement bumper cover and from what I can tell, it should be an exact (OEM) replacement. Anyone know how to get those fasteners located underneath the headlights (2 on each side) off/apart so I can get the bumper cover off? I was able to get everything else holding the cover on removed but I can’t get to those 4 fasteners! Would rather do this myself instead of paying someone to do it, if at all possible.
