Building lower end

I’m having to get my 7 bolt 4g63 engine machine and was wondering if stock parts are good to handle 400+ hp. I’m just looking to have it just as a street car and not going to track it. New to the platform. Thank you

I'm sure it's been done, but my opinion is:
6 bolt stock - 500
7 bolt stock - 400
It all depends on what kind of load you will be putting it under and a lot of variables.
More info on the build, once it's decided, is needed.
