Hi, I'm looking to upgrade the front brakes on a 91 AWD to the 93+ AWD brakes. What is the least expensive approach to doing this without buying used brake parts? While I was at it, I figured I'd shell out a little more and get some better rotors. I was thinking of buying stock 93+ sized drilled brembo rotors from ebay, and buying pads and remanufactured calipers from a local autozone type store. Does that sound good? Where would be a good place to get quality SS brake lines?
Also, is it possible to throw the stock front rotors and calipers on the rear? They're still good, so I don't want to just get rid of them. Obviously you would have to make brackets for the calipers, but is this possible? Would this totally screw up the braking balance?
Thanks!
