Ok I know what is causing the problem. but i don't see a way on here to fix it. the little piece of plastic broke that pushes in the button. but how did you fix this. I was thinking of using an game piece like checker piece or something.

A pic would be very helpful.
If anything, jb weld the broken plastic piece back into place if you still have it.

Sorry read it right ths time. I used a nut and bolt to fix mine. It not the switch right it the little piece that is attached to the brake lever.

I'm having this problem now. The blue plastic spacer is broken and I wanted to try the nut and bolt. the picture is missing from the post and I was wondering where the nut and bolt go. I dont know where the plastic thing was on the brake pedal lever. Thanks.

If you get under the dash and look up on the break leaver you'll see the whole where the plastic piece should be.
