Braided Vacuum Hose

What kind of braided hose can be used for vacuum lines as for the wastegate and bov. Im sick of the hose getting crappy and causing leaks plus i hate the way it looks. Is the prefabbed brake lines what everyone uses?

For my BOV, I used -3AN stainless line. For vacuum lines, Summit Racing and several other places sell vac hose with braided shielding, but it's not as good as OEM or the heavier fuel injection hose IMHO.

he is not asking if anybody has any issues with regular lines, he has a question about braided lines whether he can use them or not because obviously he does have issues with the lines, and you are just posting random information that does not help him in anyway,

try helping in solving a problem or give him some tip on what to do, or what not to do while still being related to the topic.

I use -4 grey pushlok lines from Parker brothers. Works great on my car.

Stainless braiding I would say no to, with this you have to strain relieve every so many inches to prevent abrasion damaging everything and anything else. The black nylon braiding or similar products I'd give a big thumbs up to as it doesn't cut thru other components like stainless braiding does. I've got a bit of it on my stock STi and it does look badass along with providing some kickass protection against abrasion damage.

try doing a search on google for "push lock". i have also found it under "pushloc" "pushlock" "pushlok"... sometimes all you have to do is change the name around with different spellings. people are silly that way.
