BPR7ES spark plugs

I changed out my plugs today. The previous plugs were BPR7ES plugs I replaced them with BPR6ES plugs. Any idea why it might have had those plugs in previously?

FYI I have only had the car 4 days now.

We need to know what wideband controller it is... the actual o2 sensor doesn't matter. follow the wire coming from it until you find a controller box. looks like the big black thing in the below picture

yup.. that's it. now take a log repeating what they make you do at the testing facility
I took it back with the NBO at 2.65 and here is the result. Here is also the log I did after I left and put it back to 2.49 and tried to drive kinda like they do. I wish I could simulate the exact test they do but I can't.

What's your fuel trims are at? I am sorry I can't view the log, I am on apple product. Need to run the pc to see it. Normally you want to have close to zero fuel trims and then we can talk about emission testing. If your trims are off then you can change da tables and/or wideband switching points all you want without any good results. Calibrate your set up so that trims are within 5. Make sure your cat is working. Run your readiness monitors and then when they pass take to inspection station. It's a lot simpler then you think. If you cat is shot go to maineke and they can replace it with some chineses unit for cheap. I went with magnaflow. Cost me 80 dollars plus 40 to install it. I know everyone wants to just tune WOT but you need to calibrate your fuel trims. Your wallet will thank you. If your trims are good then ignore my comment.
 
Your cat is probably damaged. It shouldn't make much difference being regular or Hi Flow either.

A few years back I went through the same emissions testing ordeal. Like you I was barely failing on HC & CO. I spent a lot of time messing with my tune, added E85, changed oil & plugs, etc. Tried every internet emission simple remedies cures to no avail. I don't have easy access to a lift & procrastinated but finally put my car up on jackstand high enough & pulled my cat. The ceramic honeycomb on the inside was shattered & had a nice big hole all the way through & was my problem. Ceramic honeycomb cats are very fragile & really easy to damage. Many cat are damaged from improper install. Never hammer, bang, or pound on a ceramic cat to get them to fit. I keep my car so I can daily drive & did not want the ever have to struggle to pass emissions ever again. I paid more for a universal metal corrugated cat. There are a few brands available but I got the Vibrant GESi brand because it's the only 3-way cat (required for OBDIII) you can buy aftermarket. All others are only 2-way cats unless you buy OEM from the a dealer. Past with really good numbers & got the extended testing interval & have not had any issues since.

Tap on your cat & if the insides rattle it's damaged. Good luck.

I agree about taping the cat and listening if it rattles. But you can also look at rear o2 sensor and see if it switches slower then the front if you still using stock rear o2 sensor. I used 3 inch magnaflow cat and just went to the station next day after install. 3 or 2 way was not imported to me. Original cat will cost more then my car is worth. The difference in my butt dyno says very minor power lost if any. It did cure my boost creep issue. Now in NJ I no longer need to do emission or any kind of inspections on my car since it's over 25 years.
 
I passed on full e85 with blocked egr and high flow cat with srs exhaust by tuning fuel trims right. Nox means you got too lean... if you can drop your cat easy id inspect it and while its out run seafoam through the throttle body (dont do it with cat on). If your close to ft collins i can help you with your trims.

I wish I could drop the cat easily, I will be having it cut out and v bands welded in with a test pipe next week. I also have an EGR block off plate. I'm about an hour and a half away from ft collins. I'm gonna spend tomorrow going through all my base settings checking over the whole car and basically start fresh.

Here is a log I just did. I had a crack in my idle control valve that was causing a boost leak so I replaced that, did a boost leak test and everything is good. At idle my throttle was 1% I had a TPS adjustment set at 2, corrected that. I now how a good idle no boost leaks. Here is a log I did just normal driving trying to simulate what they do on the rollers. Anything I should change?
