Bov's Flange Question

I have a knock off greedy rs bov that is leaking from the hole in the back. I want to change it out and was wondering if there are any reputable bov's that has the same flange as the greedy so I dont have to change my intercooling piping. Or will I have to stick with greedy if I dont want to change my piping?

You can just cut off the flange and weld another one of your choice. Unless you buy another greddy or an ngr type-s (I have one and highly recommend it), you need another flange.

If you dont care about looks whyu not just grab a crashed stock 1g bov? Enless your boost is set to high for them, but it would stand up better then that knock off junk.

If you don't want to change the flange than you are going to be stuck with a greddy or ngr bov. Both are good choices though. Check in the classifieds, and your regional area, you should be able to find a good deal on a used greddy bov for 100 bucks of less.

A 1g bov is a real good choice, but he would have to change flanges to run the 1g bov. You can get away with using a greddy on a 1g flange by drilling some new mounting holes, but not the other way around.

The NGR is a really good option that has held 30 psi for me with no issues. NGR fixed the common problem with the greedy type s by making the diaphragm better which is less likely to leak. I recommended the NGR and it will bolt right on for you.
