It's the same as the guy who drives his car with the stereo thumping so loud his car is vibrating with the windows rolled down even in freezing weather. It's called "wanting attention";)

In a way yes... But alot of people love the sound of a blowoff valve blowing off and its definately something that makes me smile. I honestly think I may change my bov to a greddy type s sometime soon.
;)

Best bov in my opinion is going to truly be a HKS SSQ or a Greddy Type S.

Venting? I say HKS...
Recirculating? I say Greddy.

the HKS sounds awesome...

I have a TXS type H and have no problems with it and love the sound...
if you recirc the 1g bov a little closer with a home depot intake it will be audible...

I have a apex that does not recirculate. I would definatly go with a recurculating bov to avoid the large amounts of smoke and also the sudden jerk when letting off the gas at higher speeds. My apex is nice and loud, but Im buying a Type S today.

I like my old school BLITZ BOV, vented, it's a loud psshhh at higher boost and a flutter sound under lower boost...:talon: :thumb: :talon:
