sorry this is my first turbo car. when i take the re circ hose off and put my hand on the BOV should i feel a air flow through the BOV?

Ehh, I would use that as an excuse to upgrade to a small 16G or even a used BiG T28... If im not mistaken, the big T28 flows a little more cfm's than a 14B.

Just grab another one off craiglist or ebay, its not worth the headache of trying to fix a 20 year old part.

you got a point... but i just used all my money to pick this car up... anyone got a bov for cheap???

could this through a cel?

Er.... He's asking about his BOV, not his turbo.
