I installed my K&N air filter with the dejon tool pipe. My stock blow off valve is way louder and u can hear the turbo spool way better. Is this normal. I just dont want to be running my car when its not safe.

your turbo spool is louder because your turbo is getting more airflow with the filter and intake pipe which in normal. so no worries.

the BOV is louder because it now doesnt have a dump tube in the intake. The sound can now bounce around and produce a much louder sound then the stock path which goes almost all the way down to the turbo. Normal

my bov sounds way louder and i only have a 2.5 Dp and 3" turbo back
i didn't even put my intake on yet

The reason why your bov is louder is because your intake pipe is metal. why does that make a difference you ask? well metal resonates ALOT better than the rubber of the stock one. so everytime you blow off the air always makes a noise but instead of being suppressed by the stock rubber, it resonates from the metal(just how the sound waves travel through metal vs. rubber. Your turbo is sucking it more air, but the reason its louder is because you dont have a air box any more...at least thats my hypothesis. oh yeah its normal.
