bought an innovate lc-1 without guage

Ok well i found an innovate lc-1 wideband for dirt cheap but it didn't come with a guage. My question is, where can I buy a guage for it? Can I use any guage? What do you guys reccomend? I'm not looking to dish out a bunch of cash for a fancy guage I just want something that looks good and that isn't crap. Thanks guys!

Well you don't need to use the gauge to moniter. The LC-1 comes with a CD used to moniter the wideband and can also be monitered on ECMLink. The gauge is just to visuilize the AFR which you don't *need* to do. I would look on Ebay or email a vendor that sells the LC-1 to see if they can get you just the gauge. I have the DB gauge and it looks nice. Just numbers cycling.

Well the wideband came with a CD and I could monitor it on my laptop using evoscan but I prefer not to as I won't have my laptop on in my car 24/7 so that is why I would prefer to have the guage so just incase something happenes I can see it, know what I mean?

I hear yah, that's why I got the gauge as well even though I don'tfully need it. As I said, check Ebay or message a vendor and see what they can do. I'm sure you'll be able to get one. I got my DB gauge+wideband for 180 on ebay. So I would say around $40ish for the gauge.

You have a few options. Cheapest, use a $4 multimeter to show the voltage. You can edit the output so you can use a narrowband gauge with it. I do that, not that great, but works for anything you can do without a logger. You can ultimately just find the gauge.

One thing about gauges, you can't really drive properly and watch them. So, you can't tune with them, just let's you know things are "OK". For that purpose the multimeter works as well as a holographic heads up display coming out of your dashboard. Your engine will still die before you can take your foot out of it if an injector dies.

That's true, that's why it's just good to use it while logging to make sure that your AFRs aren't too high while tuning and so you can fix them where they are.

That is why when I am tuning I will have my computer hooked up and when I have my tune all done I wont use my laptop and just have the guage there just so I know for a fact that im not running to rich/lean.
