Oh there is no doubt the Ecotec engine can be modded to be very powerful...I'm just NOT a fan of FWD...especially on the street. I used to have a front drive gs with Turbo....and I hate everything about FWD, like the torque steer making you go all over the road. :notgood:

I don't know I guess I just love my AWD DSM!
Afterall this ins't cavi tuner.net right?

2, How do you figure thats a sh*t ton of miles since the average miles put on a car in a year is 15,000? Lets see, Car is 3 years old so, 15,000x3=45,000. So in reality it has low miles for the year :tease:

1990 Eagle Talon TSi AWD, bought 2003. 71,000+ miles, currently had 82,000 miles until the Tach died

1999 Honda Civic Si, bought 2007. 98,000+ miles , currently has 101,000 miles

2007 Hyundai Sonata, bought 2006. 8 miles, currently has 46,000 miles. (This is the DD and is used to travel up and down the east cost.

Super nice car. How the hell did you afford that at 16 haha.

Working and saving and then loans LOL

His mama bought it for him.:shhh:

Just shut up :nono: :tease:

Your point? Just because you dont put that many miles on your car doesn't mean anything

Im not sure how much nicer it is if you would line it up with a GSX but i'll give you props that the car looks decent. I'm not a hater ;)

I can't believe that there are people on here with 10+ year old cars that think their car is "nicer" than that SS. We all know how DSMs are. They aren't nice. They are quick and cheap, but not nice. Unless you like when everything rattles while you drive.
Congrats on the car BTW.

Exterior wise a good clean 2GB GSX is much nicer than the slowbalt. Interior wise is a different story, it's a nice DD but I guess I'm the type of person who doesn't care about any kind of creature comforts.

Thank you! Finally somebody that understands!

I know the cobalt will never be as fast as the talon but thats not what im looking for right now, I want a nice comfortable realiable car that i dont have to worry about.

Someday i will buy another DSM but it will be a toy/race car not a DD

Yes I think the DSM is nicer inside and out. The DSM has a center armrest with lid and cubby storage inside.
It has a better flowing dash design that is ONE piece from the console to the upper dash.
The DSM has Better shifter placement, Power seats and an overall nicer cockpit.
I will admit My seats have been redone, but the rest is stock 1997.
I think chevy did a little copying of the import style hahahaha.

Here is a comparison of the 2 cars I mean what do you expect the response to be on DSMtuners? WTF
Should we all be like Damn I am trading my DSM in for a chevy Cobalt too! Is that what you expected?
