borg warner sc300 mounted to a fp race manifold?

So yesterday I gernaded my fp green 73hta turbo (rubber line made contact with the turbine) and thinking that it may cost more for a rebuild and really don't want to spend another 800$ on a new fp green I was curious if it were possible to mount a borg warner s300 to a fp race manifold?

The borg warners are fairly priced and will get more bang for my buck. Any info will be greatly appreciated

Essentially no....., the only available turbine housing for a BW turbo that's mhi flanged is a bep .55 housing for an s200 that's hard to find and only sold as a complete turbo unit. You'd be buying a 3rd party distributed bullseye schwitzer s256/9 and paying 1200/1400 bucks

yeah that is out of my price range unfortunately the painful part is that my fp green has no more than 100 miles on it. It not completely blown the inducer is scratched from the turbine fins being bent... so hopefully the repair wont be as much as I think it will be... thanks for your info!

I'm curious how a rubber line contacted the turbine.... you mean the turbine housing? If not, how did a rubber line get inside where the wheel was?

a cable tie broke and swung into the intake side, no filter was attached. stupid mistake funny how failure of a 20 cent part could cause so much damage

Not possible. There may have been housings out there to allow this to be done, but I don't recommend doing it because it's not healthy for the turbo whatsoever. The S300 series really requires a T4 housing of around .90 a/r or larger to be happy- if you have to run a T3 for some reason I'd go for a .82 housing if they make it for the particular turbine the unit uses but I wouldn't go any smaller.
