boosting a galant!!

Ok my buddy has a 94 gallant with the i believe is the 4g64 correct me if im wrong its got the 2.4 sohc. He has been wanting to boost this thing forever and he said they dont make any aftermarket parts for it.... So my question is will the 4g63 head fit on the motor he has and if it does will you beable to boost it and what all needs to be done. Im sick of being the only person in my area with a boosted car please help me get his car boosted.. O Yeah he also said that his car is jdm if that makes a differnce.

Well, I don't know how plausible it is, but it looks like it is possible. I found this forum that talks a little about it at the end.

Not only is it plausible, but it has been done many times. A lot of work needs to be done. You can boost the SOHC or you can go with a 1g head.
