ok i got a boosted 420a i dont know if anyone read my past thread my car is far from stock and im haveing huge issues with thes spark or maybe its the fuel let me tell u a little abt the car its a 420 a forged internals catless 3 inch exhaust tubronetics evo 2 wastegate greddy turbo greddy type s bov worborl 255 fuel pump hanhs port fuler msd box msd tact addapter everything to make my turbo kit work (i know my spelling sucks)

### are you doing as far as tuning?
fuel set up?

I noticed you didn't mention ECM, our ecm's are not for boost, you would wan't an ecm out of a gst 98/99 that has eprom. I've never used the port fueler but from reading about it looks like it just changes fuel related, could be not enough boost/air going into the motor causing a very rich condition.

Please try not to spread misinformation, the 98/99 ecus are the computers able to be flashed with evoscan. the 95 ecus are the ecus which are able to be socketed with a chip and tuned that route...

Is your bov recirculated? check for boost leaks, vacuum leaks, exhaust leaks
do a compression test on your motor, if you think it's spark and fuel related a compression test will tell you how able your motor is to compress the gases from the fuel and spark mixture and turn it into mechanical energy

if you have any more info on what happens with the car or what makes it act up feel free to post

Same goes for you Chief. He owns a 420a and the thread is tagged as such. He can't use a turbo ecu and doesn't need his bov recirculated. Everything after that point is relevant however.

new info- if i take off the and reconnect the battery it runs PERFECT for abt 10 miles and then the check engine light comes on and it starts sputtering and backfiring some one pls help

its blowing 4 codes m.a.p. /O2/ coilpack/misfire once i get all fixed ill let you know what happens

just put on a new m.a.p. snensor no luck but getting better i hope could an o2 sensor cause that?

problem solved ... for now did new plugs wires o2 sensor colder plugs and basicly rewired the whole coil pack to work off of a switch in cabin now its been abt 40 miles and running like a champ

Wow... Please learn how to spell, and use punctuation before you post in this forum anymore.

I'm wondering if you were ever running a FCD, as I'm pretty sure the Portfueler doesn't have any control over the MAP sensor like MSns does.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
