Alright Ive got a Bullseye V-trim turbo on my car now, im almost done with the break-in period.

Now my question is as you know there isnt a boost tap source on the turbo, now would my best option be to drill and tap on on the outlet almost to where the coupler would come up on it, or make a pipe and drill a place there for boost?

Any suggestions would be great.

That will be most accurate. . . But it depends on if you want to drill into your comp housing or not. Most people find it easier to just pop it into the licp as close to the compressor housing as possible.

It will be easier on the compressor housing because it has more meat for the threads, just make sure to chop off the threaded end of the fitting so it doesn't stick out.
