boost trouble

Ok heres the problem i have. My car is automatic so when launching it i stall it up . Well sometimes it will come out of the whole with only like 13 psi . Then i will stop and boost it again then it boost to like 17 and i let off gas and it flies to 25 and i never changed anything on the boost controller . The boost controller is sat at its lowest setting possible .
I also have a small studder or missfire at about 2000-2500 rpm but i have to be slighty pushing the gas to make it do it.? I am at my wits end here . I thinking it might be my cam angle sensor. I just dont know . Anyone have suggestions or ideas here?
I dont have a boost leak ........I think but tommorrow i will check for sure.

I had the same problem and it really ticked me off. my problem was my wastegate actuator. My boost flew all over the place sometimes to 28psi i would deff try and change the wastegate actuator. Keep us posted
