Still Boost Trouble

My boost was set at 15.5psi and I wanted to up it to around 17. After some guess and check work I finally got it, the only problem is now it spikes to about 20 or so then drops back down and hovers back and fourth between 16.5 and a little over 17. Before it would just go up to 15.5 then stop and not move again until I let off the gas. Any suggestions?

Boost leak more than likely. Do a leak test and keep us posted

What was the problem where you had to guess and check?? and what did you do to fix it??

Turn ur mbc back down to what u had it at before and see if it still fluctuates, if it doesnt then turn it up a little more, and a little more, and a little more, until u find the point where its starting to change and then leave it at the point where its steady.

Only thing i can think of would just be that ur creepin. the higher u have ur boost the more ur gonna creep, cause more exhaust is leaving the motor that doesnt wanna flow straight through the wastegate tube.

There was no problem with guess and checking, it was just I never tuned a MBC before so I had to turn it a little and drive it, until I got it right. I'll turn it down a little tomorrow and test it again.
