boost solenoid mod

I'm new to this stuff, so can any one tell what the boost solenoid mod is? And how to do it? I heard it makes a big difference, Thanx

oh, heh heh.. BCS... yup, stupid

seems like a mod that you might want a boost gauge for... but.. that description says "1 psi or 2", so i spose i'll do it anyway
...unless any of you think that i shouldn't without a boost gauge...
