The other day I got on the talon pretty good through 2nd and third and all of a sudden it sounded like a supercharger faintly so I let off the gas. When i hit the gas again i noticed that i wasn't building anything over 0psi.

Things i have done is checked the wastegate actuator and that is fine, the flapper moves and the actuator opens under pressure.

I preformed a boost leak and it has a hissing either between the injectors or the intake manifold gasket. (can the injectors even have a boost leak?)

I also looked at the turbo and it has little play but it looks like it hit the compressor housing a little bit and scratched it.

Would an bad intake manifold gasket not make it build boost at all or is it just a bad turbo?

Check the vac line to the boost gauge, it would take a significant boost leak to not read any boost, and if your waist gate works and your turbo is not siezed then you should build some boost, if your boost gauge vac line checks out then my next guess would be your intercooler piping leaking somewhere.

If the turbo is spinning it should be able to build more than 0 psi, have you taken your 02 housing off to make sure waistgate is opining and closing,, bottom line, if your boost leaks are not gapping holes than you are going to have to take your turbo off and inspect the turbo and waistgate.

Honestly it sounds like a waistgate problem.

Fix your boost leaks before you go replacing turbos. You said "between the injectors", what does that mean?

Yes I agree fix boost leaks first, but evan with boost leaks you should read more than 0 psi, I think there is something else causing this problem other than boost leaks.

you can buy them from the auto part store, i think its like 5 bucks a kit for each injector.

do you know how hard it is to explain to some kid that works there part time what you need? i have looked online at autozone.com and advance auto with no luck..I am gonna try to look at napa and see what i can come up with but if that dont work am i gonna have to order some new injectors to get some?
