What kind of boost gauge do you have? Where is the vacuum line tapped into? What kind of line are you using for the vacuum line (small nylon one that comes with most gauges)?
I just put the tester on the tb and now i can see on my boost gauge when i pressurise it my question is do i have to have my air intake back on and the pipe that was on tb do i have to block it off?
I'm not quite sure what you're asking here. When you do a boost leak test from the tb elbow, you don't have to have your intake pipe on the turbo (if that's what you're asking). If not, please describe your question with better grammar and punctuation.
No, you're pressurizing towards the engine, not towards the turbo. Once you're done fixing leaks after the TB, reconnect the UICP and retest from the turbo. The uicp that goes to the tb i have to disconect it in order to put the tester on the tb, do i have to block it off the uicp?
To the intake valves and one combustion chamber because one set of intake valves will be open. Study post #2 in this article. When i pressurize from the tb im testing from the tb to what?

This maybe a really dumb question, but how do you turn the motor to 30* ATDC to avoid valve overlap.
