Ok I am stumped When i drive my car 1st gear is fine and when i hit 2nd driving normal it starts to buck then in 3rd it quits. Now when I start to get on it 1st thew 2nd is fine then when i hit 3rd gear it gos dead lean and falls on its face. Now i do have a little bit of a leak at the throttle body elbow I need to get a new one would this cause the car to do this ? Also I have dsm link and i have tried adding fuel around the rmp when it starts bucking and no luck ? Help please :ohdamn:

I would definitely check for a boost leak, particularly a post MAF leak.

Do you have an aftermarket boost gauge? When one of my post MAF couplers popped off, it would buck like a madman and have no power the second the boost gauge passed the 0 mark.

A leak after the MAF seems to be a big deal. I have on in my TB that I'm working on right now, and it takes my vacuum down to 9 lb/hg and the car will lean out to like 16 or 17. Definitely want to get that leak fixed.
