2G What could cause this leak

My car has been idling low and I noticed a leak in the rear end and wonder what could be causing this. I wiped off the oil in the close up but there was a layer of it on there.

That's a body plug for the area that houses the spare tire. Only way that could be "leaking" anything is if there was something spilled in the spare tire well. Pull the spare tire and have a look.
